Animal Chiropractic

JUST LIKE HUMANS, ANIMALS CAN EXPERIENCE THE BENEFITS OF CHIROPRACTIC CARE

Any animal, at any stage of life, from performance athletes, working partners, or cherished family members can experience the benefits of chiropractic care. Dr. Jessica Hollis is dedicated to the health and wellness of your furry friends; her goal is to provide animal chiropractic care that allows animals to achieve performance and wellness goals through the health of their body. She believes in a holistic approach to animal care and takes the whole animal into consideration while employing specific and gentle chiropractic care.

Dr. Hollis will work with you and your pets to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses any issues or concerns you may have. It is her goal to target any issues the animal may be experiencing at the source - enhancing performance and mobility, optimizing nervous system function, and promoting overall well-being. She believes in open communication and collaboration and is committed to providing the best possible care for your pet.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The spine, nerves, and the brain have a functional relationship that is involved in the execution of any task that is presented to the body throughout the day. Whether it be a horse, dog, chicken, or human, all animals have a spine that plays an integral role in housing this relationship. If a spinal vertebra is in an abnormal position, referred to as a "vertebral subluxation", this will cause interference to the nervous system and will result in inhibited nerve and blood flow not only to the localized area of  the subluxation but also to the rest of the body. It is this vertebral subluxation that chiropractors specialize in correcting through a specific and gentle input to the impacted vertebral region, which is called an "adjustment". The result of an adjustment includes improved mobility, decreased pain, nervous system optimization, and the promotion of overall well being.
